The British Bread Company is a Shropshire micro bakery making sourdough breads only, using British flour from ecological sustained and trusted organic growers and producers.

Flavours are balanced using different types of flour, fermented levains. If colours are used, they are only natural clean vegetable and leaf powders.

The sourdough collection is the result of adapting timings in whatever weather conditions to achieve a wonderful diversity of those flavours.
